loading small business server 2003 without a static IP address

I am trying to load SBS2003 and i will not have my static ip address for 2-3 weeks is there a way to configure it and finish the install without having the verifiable IP and domain name. the domain name is registered.
PLEASE HELP

You can set your news server to msnews.microsoft.com in Outlook Express or
