Loading Personal Settings takes time

Hi
I am Experiencing a strange problem
all my workstation take long time to load Personal
settings some time more than 10 mins
Environment
Windows 2k3 server & 2k Prof,Xp Prof Workstation.

Hi,

Is this domain environment? If yes, check your DNS settings on clients. DNS
should point to your Active Directory DNS not e.g. your ISP DNS. Clients
discover domain controller by using DNS so if DNS point do ISP's DNS they
don't get necessary information (your ISP doesn't have any information about
your internal domain).

If clients have correct DNS settings, check if DNS on server clients are
pointing to is running and has right zones configured.
