load balancing in windows 2k3 standard

Hi everybody
I have 2 server in w2k3 standard edition, i want to make a IIS load balancing,
each server has 2 network card,
I want to kwnow how do i have to do to configured both server? and how can i
test my loadbalancing.
The best configuration for this case.
I have 3 web page.
