Load Balancing Router on Server 2003 / Isa 2000

Hi,

I work in a UK secondary school. We have 2 x 2MB ADSL lines bonded with a
Cisco 1721 router (connection #1). In addition we have recently had a 10MB
connection installed (terminates on a Cisco catalyst switch) (connection
#2).

Connection #1 terminates on a Server 2003 box running ISA sever 2000. This
server has two NIC's one with a public IP connecting to the Cisco 1721
router (connection #1) and the other nic connects to our LAN clients which
use 192.168.x.y addresses.

Connection #2 terminates on a Cisco Catalyst switch as present. We have only
10.1.x.y ip's available to us.

We must use a proxy server for both connections (to provide filtering
suitable for a school). Each ISP has a differnt IP and port number for their
proxy server.

I purchased a cheap Pheenet BIGL2/4 load balancing router. It has two WAN
ports and 4 LAN ports but I am unsure how to configure it to support our
requirements.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Thanks,

Andy.
