Load balance two webservers

Hi all,

I have a very simple task I hope to achieve. I want to create load
balancing between 2 webservers. Is there a step by step or tutorial that is
good for me to fallow, so that I can accomplish this? or does someone have
great wisdom and tell me how to do it? let me know.
