Load balance

I have configured load balance on a linux machine to handle our website
load. This is going well if all the customers have different IP
addresses. I have a little problem with this. All sessions from the
same IP address are being send to one server. How can I perform a load
balance per session, and not related to IP? Or even better, assign two
or more servers to handle the load coming from one IP address?
