Can you have Multipule IP addresses assigned to each of you NIC's and load
balance each address.

Example
NIC1 has 192.168.0.1, 192.168.0.2, 192.168.0.3
NIC2 has 192.168.0.4, 192.168.0.5, 192.168.0.6

I want to Load balance each of these addresses.

Not sure what your thinking is here but you gain nothing by assigning
multiple ip addresses in the same subnet to a nic. Different subnets yes.
Not sure about what you mean by load balancing the addresses. NLB deals with
a cluster and virtual ip address that then points to multiple servers with
different ip addresses in the same subnet.
