Hi,
Depends on the LLU operator really. Most will have plans ahead of which
exchanges they want to do and when they want to do them but for commercial
reasons (e.g. they don't want their competitors to know which is exchanges
they are planning on doing or not doing) they may not want to publish when
they are going to do a particular exchange or because for contractual
reasons (BT will only have certain time slots when they can LLU an
exchange, similarly an LLU operator may sub contract the installation of
their kit to someone else).
As Phil Chung says, samknows.com is the place to keep an eye on.
