Little or no connectivity

I recently reinstalled windows on my computer and am
trying to connect to my wireless internet. Every time i
start the computer i get an error saying my base station
(i think) is not compatibale with this version of
windows, when it was working fine before. I followed the
link to microsoft's website and downloaded the update and
it still doesn't work.

I downloaded the update, and it did nothing. Do you have
any other suggestions?
