a list of ip addresses in use

Hi all,
I know that I can export a list of ips from my dhcp scopes but is there a
way to list all ips including ones in use but not in my dhcp scopes. Example
my ips 1-50 is static ips that I use for printers, servers, switches, ect.
is there a command line command I can use or third party tool?

I would suggest "nmap".

You will need to do an "arp scan" for devices which are
firewalled and don't respond to any request.
