You can can type in the 3-byte OUI prefix and do a search, or you can
download the whole database. You can also search the IAB database to find
out address-block assignments.
Be aware that not all registrations are published, and some OUIs appear to
be owned by the IEEE Registration Authority and partitioned into small
address blocks doled out to specific companies (maybe for prototyping?).
Also, a vendor may or may not reburn the MAC with it's own address - it may
use the MAC of the chipset provider.
