Hello,

I work on a realization of software image of promiscuous probe RMON2. The
probe is done in C in linux. At the moment, I am not solving graphics
environment, but only sniffering packets , reading of information about
packet and filling of relevant RMON2-MIB table.
I would like to ask, whether anybody has an experience with something
similar to RMON2, or some free distributed source codes, which could help to
make my code more efficient. I would also like to ask you to provide me with
the information, where I could get another interesting information
concerning this topic, or some more convenient discussinon group.

Thank you in advance for your help. Paul
