Not necessary but setting up a forwarding name server (see
www.tldp.org for the DNS howto a step by step guide) should speed
things up in addition to a squid (
www.squid-cache.org) proxy
server. I'd setup transparent proxying effectively forcing your
clients to use the proxy. Wouldn't NAT doze clients directly to
the internet for security reasons, in addition do yourself a big
favor and remove IE and Outlook from all systems, use mozilla or
and firefox (Users love it ones they start using tabbed browsing)
for surfing
www.mozilla.org and one of the MUA offered in
addition, or any other capable doze mail user agent (MUA).
Setting up DHCP would help you in the long run if clients are
changed or/and freshly installed, added, etc frequently.
