Linux IP and VPN masquerading with 2.6.x kernels

I have been reading the documentation for VPN masquerading:

http://www.e-infomax.com/ipmasq/

However, they are all targeted towards 2.4.x kernels, and there does not
seem to be any for 2.6 kernels searching on google.

Anyone have a more updated doc / info for 2.6 kernels ?
