Hi all,
could you pls. shed some light to the following situation:
10 PCs with internal IPs have as gateway a W2K server with 2 NICs (one
internal, one external)
I have set the W2K machine to have my Redhat 7.3 (one NIC, external IP)
as gateway.
The only iptables I run is redirecting HTTP (aka 80) to 8080. IP
forwarding is enabled.
Web works fine for all clients. All other protocols are lost. Clients
cannot use POP3, SMTP, ping, etc.
My /etc/init.d/iptables status verifies that there is no drop rule (all
allowed actually).
I know I 've missed something big, but what?
K.
