Linux (FC3/64) and Checkpoint NG VPN

Greetings,

Does anybody know how to get a Linux workstation to connect to a Checkpoint
NG VPN?

The installation for a Windows workstation is a simple download/run; no
information other than user/password is required and the VPN comes right up.

My company does not currently support Linux so I cannot ask the sysadmins
for help; I must be able to find out everything I need to know from a
Windows installation. I assume that everything I need to configure ipsec is
there somewhere including all the TCPIP info but I don't know what I'm
looking for.

Any help greatly appreciated.
