linux dhcp server unique options (VoIP phones)

I'm porting my dhcp server over from Windows to linux. I got
everything working except some strange option for my Avaya VoIP phones.
In Windows, I have option 176 set to "46xxoption" and the value is
"MCIPADD=192.168.200.5,MCPORT=1719,TFTPSRVR=192.16 8.1.1,L2qvlan=1" for
the subnet of VoIP phones. I can't get linux to accept this option.

How do I do it?

Sorry i can't help with your VoIP question but have you come accross
any linux versions of avaya's "phone manager".
