I hope to make a wireless access point with redhat 9.0
But the rtl8180 drivers only uses iwpriv, and not iwconfig.

It also is not possible to use the linux-wlan-ng package, because that
is for a prism chipset. And I have a rtl8180 chipset.

I can load the module, and i doesn't give any problems.
But who do I make a wap from it?

I also tryed hostap, but that is also for a PRISM chipset.

So does anyone has a WAP with a rtl8180 chipset.

Thanx,

Jasper
