I recently purchased a Linksys WRT54G (V4) router. I'm interested in
trying out one of the third party open source firmwares to enable static
DHCP assignments. Has anyone else put on open source firmware? Have
any to recommend?

Sveasoft's Talisman has worked very well for me. They never did get all of
the bugs out of alchemy or satori, avoid those. However, I'm not sure there
is anything for the V4 model, are you sure it's a V4?
