My LinkSys WRT54G wireless router's setup/configuration web interface says
the router's MAC address is 00:0C:41:AA:B3:01, but my LinkSys WUSB54G USB
wireless network adapter (which is connected to the router wirelessly)
monitor/configuration says the router's MAC address is 00:0C:41:AA:B3:02
(notice the 02 at the end of the address) which is not the same as reported
by the router's configuration?

Your WRT54G has two MACs. One facing out to the world and one facing in.

Actually three, one on the WAN, one on the wired LAN and one on the wireless
LAN.
