Yeah, I think the WRT54G is pretty good. I've used mine for almost six months
now with a Dell TrueMobile 1300 WLAN Mini PCI card using Windows XP without too
much problems. The WRT has industrial strength WiFi Protected Access (WPA)
encryption available and a pretty sleak web setup page utility to configure its
settings.
I also have confidence in Linksys which is owned by Cisco Systems, manufacturer
of cutting edge telecom equipment for regional Bell companies like SBC,
Verizon, Qwest and BellSouth and enterprise companies.
