I've recently purchased one of these cards, and am having trouble installing
it on a Toshiba laptop with XP Home.

Generic error message simply says there was a problem with the
install...duh. It says that the system (the laptop) can't find the necessary
file on the install CD. I can see the file in Windows Explorer. I can see
the card in device manager, but with a question mark. Machine is new, card
is new. I attempted my install with the CD that came with the card.

Linksys has another driver on the support part of the Web site - should that
be used instead? If so, shouldn't that driver be in the box with the card?

Pointers?? TIA.
