Linksys WPC54G Link but no IP

We just recently purchased a linksys WPC54G PC Card for my laptop.
I've got a wireless network at home with a new Netgear 802.11g AP. I
setup the card to work with that network just fine last night.
However, we have an older 802.11b AP at work that I can't quite seem
to get connected quite right. We have WEP enabled and I can get a
link, but I never get an IP address. The AP is an Orinoco Residential
Gateway and works fine w/ any 802.11b card that we've tried so far.
Up until recently I've had a Lucent Silver 802.11b card in the laptop
that I'm attempting to get the WCP54G card working in.

Any help would be appreciated.
