Hello:
I have a linksys router (actually Wireless Gateway" WCG200.
Of course the documentation is too basic, and tech support just a bad joke.
But it works well.

Question:
if I install Samba on my Linux machine, connected to one the ethernet
ports, will the wireless connected machine (Windows mostly) see the Samba
volume, and will they be able to connect to the ftp server on the Linux
machine?
In plain English, will this "Gateway" work as a "real router".or as it
seems as a limited use router?
Also is it a way for theses windows machines to have an ftp server visible
from other machines?

Thanks.
