Linksys Wireless-G PCI Card installed, but unreconized

Hi all, this is my first post.

I recently had to format my desktop pc. After using the system restore
disk, the
the Linksys Wireless-G PCI Card that i have used forever wont even show
up in the hardware profile.

I tried downloading the drivers, disconnecting, than installing. But
still, the hardware doesnt even show up as installed. Not even in the
hardware profile. The light on the back doesnt even light up to show
any type of response.

Is there anything i can do???

All help is greatly appreciated...
