I would suggest that you go to the Linksys Website and download the driver
for the card. Then you could go to Device Manager by right-clicking the MY
Computer Line/Properties and find the card and install the driver and
configure the card at that point.
I can see no reason that the card wouldn't work, other than, the driver that
is being used on the card, something that Windows selected is incompatible.
