Linksys Wireless - G network kit for notebooks

I cannot get past the tcp/ip part of the setup.
The "properties" button is grayed out and nothing happens
if I select "install". On the other hand, I can connect
to the internet from my laptop using the wireless card but
only at dialup speeds. Any thought?

I'd suggest you post to either a general networking newsgroup by your
operating system or check out the Linksys support area. This newsgroup
supports Microsoft Broadband Networking hardware and software only.
