Linksys wireless card crashes WindowsME when WEP is enabled.

My linksys WPC version 3 card works fine until I enable WEP. Once I do that
I start getting blue screen errors (and ultimately system lockup requiring
reboot and check disks) within 30 seconds. I conclude something in the
LInksys software is trashing memory. Anyone else have a problem like this?
Linksys hasn't responded.
