linksys wireless b adapter prob

I'm having problems with ndis.vxd and ntkern.vxd loading
the device driver for my new wireless net card. I have an
old PII Toshiba laptop running Windows 98 version
4.10.1998
I have to go on a .cab hunt for many .dll files that
won't install from the windows disk but once all is in I
get an error on the above files along with the ! in
device manager
is this the sp2 pack of 98?
