Linksys WAP54G and Linksys VPN Router

I have recently purchased a Linksys WAP54G Access Point. I have a
Linksys BEFVP41 router. I have a successful VPN connection between my
router and the same router operated by my office.

I installed the Access Point, internet access is perfect, but no
access to the corporate office. IP address are the same using the hard
wired solution to the router and the wireless NIC to the Access Point.

what gives? Any ideas?
