I have a small home network and am having a problem with the
configuration listed diagrammed below.

I am using 2 Linksys HPRO 200 Phoneline routers to connect to
segments of a small home network. One of the computers cannot
connect to the internet.

The machine at .4 is fine and works as
expected.

The machine at .3 can connect to local resources but cannot
connect to the internet. It can however see both of the HPRO
200s through the web browser.
