Axel,
I bought this pile of junk about two weeks ago, to replace a small
BEFsr41.
I copied all the settings from the old routine, pre-configured the
RV082, came in late one night, downed the network, and replaced the
routine.
No luck. I've tried all types of settings, and nothing seems to work.
I called Linksys tech support, but as you have probably seen else where
on the net, it sucks big time.
Don't waste your money. I can't send this unit back, because Linksys
thinks there is nothing wrong with the unit. Since most of the linksys
tech support can't speak English, don't bother trying to argue with
them.
Probably the worst tech support I have run into in about 20+ years of
networking...
