Linksys Router Up For Trade

I have a Linksys Router up for trade.
I am looking for an internal pci tv tuner card preferably with a remote
control, although the remote is NOT a necessity...but it would be nice
nonetheless.

The router is in perfect working order and comes with a
driver/software/config cd, power adapter, and 6' ethernet cable.
It also comes in a box.

It is model #: BEFSR41
