Linksys Router and File Sharing Problem

Windows 98SE
Linksys Wireless-B Broadband Router

Users on IRC file sharing channels are unable to connect
to my Fserve and/or DCC server. I have tried to configure
the port forwarding but must be doing something wrong.
There is one other computer connected to my network that
is also running Windows 98SE.
