I have a Linksys Wirelss Access Point with Router. It has been working with
my another Linksys Wireless USB network adapter very well.

I just bought a D-link airplus DWL-650+ for another notebook, it just cannot
pick up the DHCP address. The signal is strong and quality is good but
cannot receive because there is no proper IP address assigned!

Is this a bug or what ??

Thanks Bob!

I had the encryption key typed in wrongly, retyped again, and walah, it
works!

Glad it worked.

Now, go turn on MAC filtering after you enter the MAC addresses for all your
wireless devices. WEP & MAC filtering should be good enough for typical
home use.
