Linksys befsx41 tunneling

I have 2 linksys routers connecting a vpn tunnel. one end is a win2000 pro
and the other is win xp Home. XP puter can see the shares on the 2k pro
machine, but the 2k machine can not see the shares on the XP machine...

2K machine can ping the xp through the router/tunnel so I know its set up
right... no firewall on the xp or 2k and I have an account there, though I
dont think I need it...

HELP
