I would like to update my linksys 802.11B with a 802.11G instead but can I
keep my same WUSB adapter 802.11B or do I need to replace them also?
Thanks.

Your network will work the same.
You can leave the router wireless setting at "mixed" or "b only".
However I believe that if you get a g adapter and have the b wireless
receiver on the network will set itself to b levels.
Perhaps others can comment on this.
Regardless the b speed is most likely faster than your internet
connection anyways.
