Linksys 4 port wireless router, 2.4 GHz

I can pickup a used one but don't have a clue if this is any good. I
forgot to check the Model # but there was a reference to 802.1b. Can
it be upgraded? Is it easy to do?

In the state of wireless technology where does this router compare
with others. Whats a good used price.
