Is it possible for a line survey to be carried out prior to ordering ADSL
i.e. to check whether or not a line may be able to provide ADSL?

Gareth.

The line 'test' is carried out after a an order is placed in order to see
whether the line can have ADSL/DSL/RADSL (or whatever they are calling it
this week).

How can they know whether to test a line unless an order is placed???
