Borderline 1Mbps stats there. You may be better asking to be moved to a
fixed 512kbps product.

This suggests that your line was synchronising at just 288kbps at some
point during the first 10 days. This provides further evidence of it
being on the limits.

It's probable that BT will advise us to downgrade your line should you
submit a fault. There is a slim possibility that they may deem your line
to be out of limits for ADSL entirely.
I don't suppose your equipment reports your downstream SNR margin?
I assume if you have got this far that we've asked you to do all the
normal diagnostic checks?
