Line Dropping

I keep seeing MSM and other things disconnect and reconnect in a few
seconds. Could this be my connection is dropping. Is there any logs or
software I could use to see whats happening. I thought this was
happening to me ages ago because of the USB modem, I'd like to get
some log to check though if possible.

using a Safecom 4110 Modem/Router
