Limiting bandwidth on my LAN with a NETGEAR WGR614 Wireless Router

I have a small LAN (11 PCs and Mac) connected to NTL via CM and a Netgear
WGR614 Wireless Router. Its all works brilliantly and 100%, never has a
problem. I would like to do something to put a cap on each machine though
so they can't hog the internet bandwidth with NTL. Can I do this through
the router? If not is there another way I can do this? The router uses NAT
btw and does it very well too :-)

Regards
