limited web access - possible DNS problem

I use SuSE 9.2.
I use Konqueror.
The home network is as follows. linux is connected to the internet via
a USB ADSL modem.
An XP client is connected and access the web via the linux.

Untill now all worked well. Recently I installed LICQ (and it possible
I changed some settings by mistake).
The linux is now limited for web access. Some sites work okay (like
www.wallla.co.il and www.ynet.co.il) and some are not.
When I check a site, which fails on the linux, on the XP client it
works well.
So for a request that comes from a client the linux DNS is able to find
the site and for a user on the linux it does not.
When I ping the site from the XP, I get its IP numbers. If I put them
in the linux Konqueror, it enters the site without a problem.

It seems that on the linux user I got a wrong definition. Can someone
help me on that.
