Limited Access on lan via VPN on linux !

hi all,

Well i wanted to setup a VPN server on linux where people can connect
and access the recources But at the same time i want to cotroll the
recources accesed by them suppose what ppl do in M$ is Create a dial
in server and then can limit the access bassed on the netbios name is
that possible with linux As (my next Goal is to ckeck the connenting
system setting and then check the system for virus if found i want let
the system to connect to the network with teh same VPN server is the
possible i am ready to code for that also !) and how ?? any links or
pointers are well come!!
