Using WinXP.... is there any way to limit (or filter) the list of
available wireless networks that my adapter finds? I already have the
"automatically connect to preferred network" option selected... but I
want to fully remove any non-preferred networks from even appearing in
the list? We get a lot interference from neighboring networks (some
secured, some not) and some of my users are inadvertently changing
their network connection.

tx

Not that I know of. The preferred network option is the only real way.
It's a radio transmission, if the adapter picks up the signal, the
software is designed only to report it. The best you could do on Windows
is what you just did as far as I know.
