I hae a MN700 wireless router. My son's computer is wired
to one connection. He likes to download all sorts of
stuff. Is there a way that I can limit the bandwidth that
the connection he is using gets?

No, but you certainly could limit him time with an Internet connection using
Client Filtering in the Base Station Management Tools under Security.
