Licensing in Virtual Server 2005

Can anyone tell me if we run a edition of Office (any version) on Virtual
Server 2005 with the host operating system running a licensed copy of any
edition of Office, do we need to have seperate license for the Office edition
running on the guest operating system on Virtual Server 2005?
