"let windows automatically configure my..." checkbox wont stay checked.

Hello, we've got a new laptop running Windows XP Pro. I setup a
wirelss network with a Microsoft Wireless G router and Laptop card.
Our problem is: for some reason, the "let windows automatically
configure my wireless network" checkbox refuses to stay checked. Once
we turn on the laptop, the wireless Internet connection does not work
until we manually go in there and check that checkbox.

Any idea how to keep this checkbox checked?

Have you got the 'Wireless Zero Configuration' service running?

Start|Run|services.msc

Scroll down to 'Wireless Zero Configuration'. If it is not started,
start it -- and set it to Automatic startup.
