Perhaps OT, I strongly suggest you get a decent firewall appliance to handle
this for you instead. Unless you need it for ISA or a third party proxy
server app, there is no benefit in having two NICs on your server (and many
downsides). This is especially true if you run AD and this is a domain
controller/DNS server.
You really don't want a public IP address on any device on your network and
it will make things much easier for you and your users if you use a firewall
appliance your server & all your clients just point to its LAN IP for their
default gateway, and hence have Internet access.
