Laptop problem

I am having Toshiba 8000(TECRA)Laptop.when i entered into
Windows i get c:\wint\system32\kernel32.dll error.
Can i know wht's the problem.and it is realted to O.S or
Hardware.

Wrong newsgroup. Try one of the Windows 2000 ones. This is for Microsoft's
Broadband Hardware only.
